Words cannot easily describe an artwork whose very essence in the abstract depiction is precisely to be beyond any representation in being ‘non-figurative.’ Abstract artwork has freedom within the creative process allowing form, colour, shape, and line to be guided by the intuitive response, gravity and the chemical interactions of the materials.

It is so interesting to hear interpretations of abstracts as the brain often naturally wants to make sense of and identify with what is being viewed. Art withholds an uncanny ability to transport the mind to a different headspace. For me, abstracts enable this experience in a manner, unlike any other.
